About Michael
For more than three decades, Michael Poehlman has photographed people whose stories deserve to be told. His work spans editorial portraiture, commercial commissions, advertising, and fine art, shaped by years living and working in New York City and São Paulo.
His photographs have appeared in magazines, advertising campaigns, book covers, and private collections. Today he continues creating thoughtful portraits, commercial imagery, and environmental photography from Northern Michigan.
